Welcome to the magical world of Firestick freedom, where I’ve written tutorials that turn your device into an all-access pass to entertainment heaven. From “cord cutting” so you can finally tell your cable company to shove it, to “jailbreaking” (because why not unlock its true potential?), I’ve got you covered. And let’s not forget the holy grail—installing a VPN and downloading those apps that make your streaming experience 100% free. Yeah, free. Because who actually wants to pay for subscriptions when you can have it all without the price tag? Dive into my guides, where sarcasm is free, and so is your entertainment.
Cord Cutting – What the hell is cord cutting & why would anybody cut cords in the first place? I explain everything right here. This is a great read & it’s not too long, I tried to keep it short and simple.
Install PrivateInternetAccess – This is completely optional of course. But – it is HIGHLY recommended to use a VPN (even if you don’t use this one). It keeps you secure & your ISP off your back!
Jailbreak Firestick – This is the March 2025 updated method. It’s pretty much been the same way for a while though – an extremely easy process.
The AppTree – You paid for the whole Fire device – Might as well unlock the Secret Stuff.
Delete ‘Downloader’ Install Files – We’ve got the ‘Downloader’ application and have downloaded a couple of apps. The install files can get left behind though and these files take up space. Fire devices are limited on space – so it’s a solid idea to clean the devices up.
Use Firestick Offline – While not truly ideal – situations may come up where you need to improvise & adapt. No internet? No problem! Learn how to use your fire device offline for those rare situations where the innerwebs are down
Disclaimer: It’s worth mentioning that while jailbreaking is legal, what you choose to do with those apps and how you access content can fall into some questionable legal territory. So, you know, proceed with caution and maybe get familiar with some fine print (or don’t, but don’t say we didn’t warn you)
